The NHS 111 service is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straight away to the local service that can help you best.
When The Surgery is Closed
To contact a doctor when the surgery is closed telephone 01709 522022. You will then be requested to hang up and dial 111. NHS 111 deal with the call handling for urgent calls when the surgery is closed.
If you have a life threatening medical emergency then please dial 999.

This is only for emergency care and patient will be triaged and advised where to access the correct care if not deemed an emergency.

Hub Appointments
These appointments are available at various sites in the Rotherham area to book through our receptionist, for acute problems. Appointments can be book for evening during the week, and also on a Saturday and Sunday dependent on availability.
Our receptionist can also now book physio appointment at various hubs in Rotherham, please ask them for details.
