The result for High Street Surgery are that 86% describe their overall experience of this GP practice as good.
The GP Patient Survey is a large-scale, independent national survey sent to over two million randomly selected patients registered with GP practices in England each year. Conducted by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England, it evaluates patient experiences with primary care, including booking appointments, contacting the practice, and the quality of care received.
The survey is completely voluntary and confidential. It covers several core areas:
  • Access and Appointments: Ease of getting through on the phone, convenience of appointment times, and booking methods.
  • Quality of Care: How well healthcare professionals listen, treat patients with care, and involve them in decisions about their health.
  • Overall Experience: Patients’ general satisfaction with their practice and the reception team.
  • Additional Services: Experiences with out-of-hours GP services, local pharmacies, and NHS dental services.
  • Patient Health: How patients manage long-term health conditions and the support they receive.
